There are a few common problems you might encounter when logging in to the Libraries' resources.

Your library username and password will be the Microsoft Azure single-sign on already in use for logging into Blackboard, EKU Direct, EKU MyMail, Google Drive, NuPark and many other EKU online accounts.

EKU Microsoft Azure examples:

  • Student (john_doe21@mymail.eku.edu)
  • Faculty/Staff (john.doe@eku.edu )

Your password is the same across all Azure logins.

Once you log in, you should be seamlessly connected to our online resources. Please note that if you have already logged into another EKU resource, you will likely be taken directly into the library resource and not prompted to log in. If you can't access a resource, even if you are logged in, try clearing your internet history/cache, closing your internet browser, and re-opening it to start a new session.
