EKU Libraries does not charge overdue fines.

Overdue notices are sent to EKU faculty, staff, and students via their EKU email account when the material is one day overdue and again after two weeks. All other library patrons will receive printed overdue notices.

In the event that materials are not returned within 30 days of their due date, they are considered lost and a notice will be mailed to your address. You will be billed for the replacement costs and processing fees and will lose borrowing privileges until the materials are returned or we receive payment.

Upon return, all fees will be forgiven.

Important!  Items you have from Library Express through interlibrary loan - that are not owned by EKU Libraries and have been borrowed from other libraries - must be renewed through Library Express and can and will result in late fees if not returned by their due date.
